國內的朋友想請我在澳洲幫他注冊公司

隻是一個空殼公司，沒有業務運作。因為朋友沒有澳洲身份，也不會來這邊，所以想到用我的名義幫他注冊一個公司。我想了解一下這樣做在稅務上和法律上對我有沒有什麽風險或不利。先謝了！
