問一個澳洲股票的弱智問題

在澳洲買賣股票好幾年了，從來沒有當天買賣。澳洲是不是T+0。如果股票當天賣了，為什麽資金當時不顯示可用資金而是要等到了settlement date過來才顯示，那是不是意味著在這期間，這筆錢就沒法用？
