有個事想問一下,關於租房啊

本人確實要來澳了,還要過2年啊,請問8000澳元月租,想在好的學區,能住什麽樣的房子啊? 要是買房子,這水平的,在哪裏合適啊? 不過單位可能隻付租金,買房人家就不管了.有什麽網可以查啊?多謝了
