為什麽辦一個簽證要收$90

為什麽辦一個簽證要收$90,而不是$40? 國家規定是$40, 就應該收$40, 這是領事館份內的工作!不能把額外的費用轉嫁到簽證申請人身上! 簽證申請人應該有自己去領事館辦簽證的選擇!
