PhD study on chemical engineering

Hi, I am an academic staff working in a university in Melbourne. There is a funding opportunity from Victorian State Government to support the embryonic projects related to energy and environment. The funding is restricted to stipend for postgraduate at a rate of approxiamtely $40,000 pa tax-free for maximum four years.

I am thus looking for a candidate to apply for it under my supervision. The candidate should have a chemical/mechanical engineering education background with citizenship or permanent residency visa.
