but you cannot pickup in internatioal arrival, why

it is ridiculous when I find out the fact is there is a designated place for people wants to pick up passengers in arrival of the domestic terminal @ sydney airport...

then I had check the airport were sold in John Howard years... very doggy..... how can they discriminate their customers... by forcing Internationale arrival to pay for parking and waste lots of time for in and out...
