在悉尼哪些地方的房子較比好點?

我過2年要搬悉尼,現在考慮在那投資買房.朋友住在山上,俯瞰海,特別漂亮.那地方環境也特別好,一定很貴.我也有心在那買,可上班有點遠,要開車加火車。

我想買個2-3居室，交通方便的，不見得非要郊外，這是投資。以後我們搬走了，還可以出租。不知道大概是什麽房價，希望50萬以內的
