請教投資房的問題。

最近琢磨著買我們第一套投資房。Financial Planner說我倆可以買40k到45k的，問了有兩個financial planner了，都說買Bri*****ane的。一直住在Sydney，還真不了解那邊的情況。覺得還是Sydney好吧。人多，好出租。而且40k-45k的也不少，Liverpool, Central Coast 那邊之類的。（我們不考慮unit and apartment，最好是house）.
想借著大家討論房事的熱情，幫忙分析分析。謝了！
