房價漲了嗎？

都說房價漲得很厲害，好幾年沒看過房子了。上次還是2005年，剛買房的時候。別的區不知道，隻知道carlingford 和castle hill，最近又看了一下，沒感覺漲啊？house 和townhouse和05年比價格漲了一些，但真的不多。05年看的carlingford全新townhouse52萬，最近看，同一位置，隔壁，也就是56萬，還可以講價。
這兩個區算是不錯的區了。但聽說ashfield的unit漲了很多。不知道具體情況。
