我找警察上，具體情況是

我再等紅燈時，電話打進來，因為電話很重要，我讓她等一下，我pull over再打，對麵來了警車，我剛停車，他就過來說我開車打電話，我解釋過了經過還是拿到罰單。我認為車在等紅燈的時候不能算是開車。條例隻說，不可以driving and talking on the mobile phone, 引擎開著車沒動，不能算driving，更何況我已經掛上電話，開到路邊才再打。媽的，殺人盜竊不管，整天狐假虎威別個破JB槍就知道開罰單
