坑：如果我有無貸自住房+20萬現金，會怎麽投資

（備注：不關心，也不喜歡股票）

哈哈。。

我會拿著20萬做首期，買2-3個價位在20-25萬左右的600平方以上的耗子（租金可以cover repayment的那些）。。別和我說沒有這樣的。。。大把大把的哦。。。
