The Rental agreement terms and conditions states on Page 2 section 8 (A) you must Keep the equipment in first class working order, repair condition (Fair wear and tear excepted). （這是合同上的條款，此合同密密麻麻共十幾頁，要研究是不可能的，這麽重要的條款就不能加重一下嗎？是不是故意的？）

下麵是他們給我的解釋，因為我發信給他們了。我講我不是法律專家，現在解釋是不是晚了，為什麽當時沒有人給我解釋一下？
This means it is the responsibility of the renter to pay for any repairs to the computer outside of the manufacturers or extended warranty. On your agreement you are paying for Insurance that will cover you for Accidental damage and theft but will not cover any warranty issues with the computer.
