我怎麽感覺工作市場一片大好？

我的工地招3個大工，麵試了2周 有幾個過了3輪 但是到現在還沒有一個能落到實處的。都是在挑肥揀瘦手上有工作外麵還有offer等著的主。

我以前幹活的老美工地也是熱火朝天 原來的老領導去年初被裁了 不知道怎麽又回去重啟爐灶 攤子比原來還大，正在瘋狂擴招ing
