I think LZ only stayed in Beautiful BC where rich immigrants stays without too many job opportunities around. If he/she stayed in Ontario and Quebec long enough, he/she will got an idea why Canada is a member of G7 and how Chinese skilled immigrants are taking these kind of opportunities. If anyone doubt, visit Richmond Hill, Toronto and West Island region, Montreal and Capital City Ottawa. You may be very surprised the purchasing power from Chinese workers. In Ottawa region, the average house price is only $320k, but the new community with averaging prices of 500k are occupied by majority Asian skilled immigrants with smal mortgages.
