交通事故求助

事故發生地點:S型轉彎後延續約見50米並入Highway.過程:昨天我車在前(女性單獨駕駛),轉彎時刹車兩次減速,剛過轉彎後慢駛並觀察主路情況時被後車追尾(鬼子女性單獨駕駛).我車損傷明顯,司機受驚嚇但無身體傷害.對方人車無明顯損傷. 磋商後我方堅持報警,警方未親臨,讓今天去筆錄.
今天男鬼子加入說我方中途停車(不實).警察說不判斷是非,但言語間明顯偏袒,不提對方未觀察前車隻說應加速並入高速.最終讓雙方保險公司交涉.心中不平,回到事故地點,地上碎玻璃仍在(轉彎末尚未進入直行),靠路邊停車的痕跡和車的損傷均已拍照.準備交涉.
保險:對方有保險.本方第三者保險剛過期,因搬家未收到通知未更新(教訓).準備自己辦.
