真煩，我能怎麽辦

給女兒買了褲子，可回來後一試，褲叉那裏車的不好就跳線了（針織的料）。一直跳線到腰那裏。沒法修補。不能穿了。我當天就回商店去退，店員說要等老板看了再說。第二天，老板說這是SALE　ITEM。不能退換。賣的時候是好的。可我說這是質量問題。如果那條線車的結實，就不會跳線。他們說隻給退$5。你把褲子拿走。褲子也隻$30。我不知是這樣算了，還是到哪裏討個說法。不知找CENTER　MANAGEMENT有沒有用。　請大家出個注意。謝謝
