不好說，現在什麽都很詭異

你說是熊市，企業盈利不怎麽樣，股市猛跑；
你說失業率才5.7%，找工作比失業率7%的時候難；
你說房子上升，unit漲，house的漲幅有限，或者是停，大部分是first home buyers搞得；今後3年總體漲20%，不信。
