中國出生小孩入澳洲公民

前兩天有人提到中國出生的小孩入澳洲公民一事，按照目前規定隻要父母一方是澳洲公民即可。但有人提到該規定很快就會修改，小孩必須在澳洲待兩年才可成為公民。不知這個說法可有依據，何時會執行。在此謝了
