養老金的策略 - 攻與防

上禮拜在一教授朋友家做客，席間談到養老金的策略，教授一無所知，說我從來不管它，它會自動選擇。

其實養老金有許多種選擇，有低風險，低回報，有中風險，中回報，還有高風險，高回報。如果自己不選擇，養老金管理經理會按照投資者年齡自動選擇。年長者會選擇低風險，低回報。

看著周圍好些學者朋友，隻會讀書，教書，做研究，對股市，房市，養老金知之甚少，遊子經常當活雷鋒，與他們探討，幫他們開拓思路。

其實養老金的策略也要隨行就市，如果股市好，房市妙，就應該將養老金放在股市，房市上。如果金融危機來了，養老金的策略也該采用休克療法，全放在現金和債券上。

下麵談談我養老金的實際操作策略:

2006 和2007年股市，房市都還不錯，因此我養老金一半是房產基金，一半是股票基金，2006 和2007年投資回報分別為16。5% 和18。1%。

在2008年金融危機之際，首先房產基金暴跌，看著房產基金指數不斷下滑，在2008年首先將房產基金換為現金，後來股票基金也跌的驚人，在澳股指數5000點時，養老金轉為全麵防守階段，將股票基金也換為長期債券。2008年的投資回報為負23。25%，而2009年頭5。5個月的投資回報為負4。63%。

股票市場回穩後，在今年6月份，在澳股指數3950點的時候將養老金全部轉為股票基金，而且是帶借貸的股票基金 (geared share fund)，養老金轉為全麵進攻階段。2009年6月之今，投資回報為25。1%。

金融風暴其實孕育著非常大的轉機，如果不隨行就市，調整策略，一旦否極泰來，你的養老金就會掉隊落伍。
