好區和差區的區別，樓下就是經典的例子

5年前買的房子，42萬，現在賣50萬，漲幅不到20%；

同樣5年前看的60萬的房子，現在90萬（根據你的描述計算得出），漲幅50%。

隻能說當初你買錯了地方，而不能怪房價漲得太快（或太慢）。
