誰是SQL Query performance tuning 高手？偶來請教啦

有什麽比較好的工具軟件、書籍麽？俺需要仔細研究一堆Query的性能，這些Query都需要查詢大概10萬條記錄，大致有7、8個這麽大的表。目前得到結果需要太長時間，我需要想辦法將時間縮短到可以接受的程度……

1。除了已經有的index我不可以新建index。
2。不能改變已有的表的結構
