請問澳洲哪種信用卡在海外購物時不收commission fee?

用過commonwealth的visa卡和美國運通卡，每筆海外交易（也就是用外幣結算的）都要收取額外的commission fee,數額還不小，好像是2-3%左右。覺得很煩人。
