A Japanese law lecturer who bared her bottom to a judge and had to be removed from her own trial for incessant screaming has been jailed for contempt

Megumi Ogawa is an Associate Lecturer in the School of Law and Justice at Southern
Cross University.

Megumi’s research interests lie in the issues concerning the regulation of the flow of information and the management of overseas students. She has published widely in the areas of copyright law, administrative law and civil procedure and practice in relation to these issues。
