如果CONTRACT EXCHANGE了，
SETTLEMENT的時候能把買主的名字刪一個嗎？
情況是，當時買的時候兩個人，
現在隻想一個人買，
因為第二個人買再買一套拿政府的FIRST HOME BUYER GRANT.
