片大師

片大師，上次說的west pennant hills 新區的房子，1.5M+左右的有跌到1M左右。Up North shore 的房子也在跌。

以您的經練，在現在的大趨四下，e.g. 房子跌， 股市跌， super縮水， 失業上升 ... 我是否能夢想等一段時間花800k買現在1M的房子？會等多久？
