請教在澳洲的同胞，澳大利亞的銀行對存款有政府保險嗎？數額是多少？

一個人在不同得銀行開立賬戶，是不是被保險得金額可以累計？

另外，我在網上看到過新西蘭好像也要通過一個政府擔保銀行存款得法案，不知道現在的情況是怎麽樣的？

我想今年年底根據其時的國際國內情況，把人民幣換成澳元，或者一部分新西蘭元。

還有個問題想請教，就是在澳大利亞和新西蘭開銀行戶頭，隻持有中國護照可以嗎？利息稅這部分，是怎麽處理的？
