1. Anybody heard the government is thinking cancelling the first home benefits? And replace it with a new house benefit?

2. Should the $950 tax bonus be passed?

3. How bad the recession is going to be, what's going to happen next? More redundancy? Falling of property industry? Raised rental expenses? And more importantly, will the housing price go down?

4. How bad the exchange rate will go? Will living expenses go up then?
