問幾個很笨的問題（關於using電腦）

My labtop has been very slow these days, i am thinking to delete some program files so it can free up some memories (sometimes when i have a few programs running, a message like "low virtual memory bla bla" pops up)

so, my questions are:

1.in the list of program files, there are several files call "MS SQL server 2005.." can i delete them?
2.can i also delete "MS .net framework 2.0 service pack 1"?
3.how about "MS Dynamics NAV 5.0 Cside Client"?

anyway, i guess programs often become "not responding" since i am left with 17% free memories in hardisk, ha, what can i do to overcome this problem?

any suggestion would help! and of coz, I now know this is where the $950 comes in handy.
