Broad-based tax cuts rather than policies that rely on a temporary spending boost should be the focus of a second economic stimulus package from the government, Opposition treasury spokeswoman Julie Bishop says.
Ms Bishop says the government is considering a second stimulus package because the first one, a $10.4 billion injection into the economy, obviously hasn't worked.
