不得不佩服某些人的想法和眼光。。6個月多前

一個女童鞋在campsie買了個2 br unit..21萬6。。。

昨天她打給我說，賣了。。。賣了29萬。。。

真是讓人嫉妒得牙癢。。。

其實也對，21萬買個能虧到哪。。怎麽也能租個260-280。。

買她房子的。。覺得自己買的還是20幾萬的房子，完全能接受，貸款供款真不多。。

但是Y呢。。6個月就賺了7-8萬。。還不用上稅。。。
