I said you are not an expert on photoshop. I have two reasons to say that:
1. The requirements on processing pictures are different to that of processing photos.
2. Photoshop lacks the knowledge of camera direction.
For instance, if there are 10 photos in mixed portrait and landscape layout. Can you resize all of them in one go so that the resized photos are the same size but still keep the original layout style?
Say, I have photo A & B, I want to resize both of them to 900L x 756W. But A is in portrait and B is in landscape layout. I want the resized photos still in their corresponding layout, but I need A to be rotated to the correct direction, so that I don't have to turn my head to watch it if I display it on web page.
Can you use Photoshop to achieve this without using action script? I don't think so.
Action recording is just the very basic technique in Photoshop. More advanced automation, use Action Script.
