Chinese calligraphy is a cultural phenomena. It carries

the value we appreciated over the past thousands of years, so called cultural accumulation. In terms of reference, it is therefore cultural accumlation play the core role in appreciation. That's why Japanese and Karean they have the appreciation, which is associates to this affiliation. To this point, it is not 'the water without source and the wood without root". 

People from outspace of course are not eligible to vote for it due to this cultural element requriement.
