does FA affect some applications?

we eapplied FA since there were job changes in family on 2025, which should qualify  us a little bit FA on boith FASFA and CS with special situation cited job changes and grandparents support etc. 

off the list of kids' applied schools, I know UPenn might be need blind(true?) But brown (R), C (WL)  are need-aware? If so, does CSS with special situation affcted AO's decision?
