今天內科收到一個病人,60歲,白細胞很高,查出CLL(LEUKEMIA).血液腫瘤的主任認為應當把病人轉到腫瘤病房開始化療.但病人拒絕化療,因為他的母親20年前得了癌症,接受了化療,很痛苦.盡管LEUKEMIA化療有很好的PROGNOSIS,病人還是拒絕了,很堅決.
