In the past 16 years, Cupertino Council Member Barry Chang has been giving to our community from opposing to highway 85 expansion to working with Apple for its $5 billion new campus project which will generate 12,000 local jobs; from bringing Lehigh Cement plant into compliance to protect our environment to leading and succeeding Cupertino City’s opposition to SCA5. His 8 years of service on school board kept the school district fiscally sound and academically excellent.
