有一陣子沒有介紹鄉村音樂了，有朋友問為什麽我介紹的都是一些年代久遠的鄉村歌曲，是不是沒有空聽新的CD，其實也不是，一般我都是介紹最經典的歌曲，而沒有得到時間考驗的好像都不能稱之為經典。好了，今天介紹一首很新的歌，第一次聽不是因為被旋律打動，而是被MTV中的畫麵所震撼，牆裂建議，聽這首歌，一定要看一看這個MTV。
Humble and kind （謙遜與善良），是美國鄉村音樂巨星Tim McGraw 的一首較新的歌曲，發布於2016年1月20日，這首歌的MTV在2016年CMT音樂獎上榮獲了“年度最佳視頻獎”（Video of the Year），並在美加兩國的音樂排行榜拿到過第一的位置。
“Hold the door, say please, say thank you / Don’t steal, don’t cheat and don’t lie / I know you got mountains to climb but always stay humble and kind.”
歌曲傳達了一個簡單的信息，每個人都應該謙遜與善良的對待他人，也就是我們中國人常講的”謙良恭儉讓“，在美國這種崇尚自我的文化中，這種簡單但有力的宣揚Humble and kind的歌曲，在流行文化中並不多見，靜靜地聆聽，可能就會產生出共鳴，而McGraw在歌曲中投入的巨大情感也會讓聽眾為之一顫。MTV中展示了世界各地的不同文化的人們的護身符，而它的中心思想是，全人類的人們都應該好好的善待彼此。那種穿越宗教，種族，國家，文化的大愛情懷在MTV中表現得淋漓盡致，這些畫麵和Tim McGraw的渾厚沙啞的聲音相得益彰。

MTV中出現了不同膚色，種族，宗教，文化的人們，追求心靈的平靜，充滿善意和感恩的一個個瞬間，從錫克教，到穆斯林，到印度教，到猶太教，從古老的印度恒河中千人沐浴洗滌的震撼，到巍峨的中國群山中幾方僧侶打坐超凡的靜謐，再到中東穆斯林開齋節萬眾歡慶無比的喧囂。從印第安人舞蹈的神秘到管弦樂的恢弘，再到FUNK的熱情。從非洲的草原，到現代的都市，再到外太空的空寂，從大手牽小手的溫暖，到天燈放飛的寄托，從滑板少年到輪椅少女，最後結束在一個女人從年青到年老的歲月變遷中，整個MTV穿越了傳統回到現代，串聯起各種種族，宗教和文化的貝殼，傳遞出一個全人類的共同心聲，那就是謙虛與善良，關愛與和平。
