冷氣漏freon是不是很難找漏洞？要大修？

冷氣修好了，換了capacitor和refill了70% 的freon。

全新的冷氣係統隻用了五年就壞了，以後是不是每五年都要壞一次？

以前的房子住了十年，冷氣也沒壞過。
