【今日房貸利率】11月1日(星期二)- 固定利率降了!

今日房貸利率(CA、MD、VA)

SUMMARY:今天(11月1日星期二)的利率價格繼續好轉,41萬7以下重新貸款30年固定的利率又回到3.875%了!目前重新貸款41萬7以下30年固定降為3.875%,15 年固定降為3.25%,5/1 ARM繼昨天降為2.75%後保持不變。購房貸款41萬7以下,30年固定利率仍為3.875%,15年固定仍為3.25%,5/1 ARM為2.5%。

今天希臘政府出人意料地宣布要對債務解決方案進行全民公決,引發市場對上星期歐盟各國領導人剛達成的歐債一攬子解決方案的擔心,直接導致世界各地的股市大跌,美債的回報率下降。這對美國的房貸利率而言卻是好消息。但估計希臘的老百姓是不會同意割肉還債(即通過提高稅收、削減福利及工資等措施來償還西方的債務)的,歐債危機看來還要進一步的發展!
