【今日房貸利率】6月23日(星期四)- 30年固定的利率降了!

短評:今天(6月23日星期四)的利率和昨天相比,重新貸款30年固定降為4.375%!重新貸款41萬715年固定仍為3.75%,5/1 ARM仍為2.875%。購房貸款41萬7以下30年固定利率仍為4.375%,購房貸款41萬7以下5/1 ARM仍為2.625%。
