It can be seen from the above chart that :

1. It is the support of the uptrend line based the bottom of the last Oct;
2. It is the 38% retracement of the bolinger band based on the March's bottom;
3. It is the neckline support of the M top.

Once it shoudl be broken down, the M top would be confirmed.
