I was thinking of how to delete insignificant trivial memory, realized that the effect of 打坐, which helps one to form a good habit of rest of brain in daytime. Yes in daytime and in vertical position, it is not sleep, but it is a supplement of sleep by part of its functions.It also prevents a trigger of trivial recalling. Travel, singing, shopping, etc. differ for those are still controlling involved activities. Besides I had successful experience of meditation and imagination, occupied by more meaningful, no room for the trivial.

When I painted for art competition, I was in a full speed for deadline while in writing I dragged and passed deadline.
