看完這個新電影，就進坑了~

早晨睜開眼睛，剛要翻身，就哎喲一聲，想躺平回來，又哎喲一聲，哎喲，這個Nyad，可把我害慘了。。。

昨晚，看完這個電影的時候，老太太心潮有點兒澎湃，拿起初級的那個ab roller，就整了40個~~~

今天才明白：傻人喝完雞湯，哎呦呦地就進坑了，渾身哪兒哪兒都疼啊~~~

一直想練腹肌，一直沒有開始，要去滑雪了，應該練核心了，就從昨天開始吧~~~

我很喜歡這個電影，就像導演講的：Our film isn’t about a record, it’s about a woman who woke up at 60,and felt the world was done with her, but she wasn’t done with the world…
