來個新的---鮑魚兩吃

冰箱裏有隻鮮鮑魚都放了好久了.一直沒機會拿出來消費了.今晚終於找了個機會可以大吃特吃了,那麽大一隻,幹脆就兩吃--鮑魚排和醜菇鮑丁.


先看看撕好的醜蘑菇(Black Trumpet):

先用Butter煎香薑米,蒜米,等蒜米黃了,下蔥花, 再下醜蘑菇丁,慢火煎蘑菇:

再下鮑魚丁快速翻炒幾下,出鍋,太香了,用麵包或饅頭蘸剩下的湯汁,香!香!香!:
