這是星期日的早餐,煎bacan和toast bread.

用麵包機發麵
材料:
鮮奶油(heavy cream)150g,牛奶250,1個大蛋, 鹽8g,糖80g,酵母10高筋麵粉540g,低筋麵粉60g.跟次聚在材料在麵包機裏,(一定要按次聚這是在lucy姐那裏學的)然後按dough setting就可以.等麵包發完之後拿出來.

麵包拿出來之後把它分成四份..(好天禮,家裏什麽都有,就是沒有焗麵包的合子)

把氣包幹掉,做成長方形,把它卷起.

放在焗盆,這部份我做錯了.第一次做,算啦.

再做一次,把3塊麵放在大盆, 1塊方在小盆,然後再發,大約30到40分鐘,(看天氣熱成冷,我發了1小時),發大了,就查蛋汁上麵,放在preheat340F焗爐,焗30分鐘,如果用麵包合子,就要焗40分鐘.

煎好放在抹手紙上麵.

第二次做北海道麵包,今次學聰明了, 把麵包分成6份. (和第一個方子一樣,但這一次我把麵在機裏攪了二次) 第一次攪了10分鐘,然後把機按停,再按 sough setting一次

發好之後查蛋汁,放進焗 ,焗30分鐘.
