材料: 冰鮮田雞腿切件洗淨, 東菇, 用糖, 鹽, 酒,豆粉, 生抽, 胡椒粉, 蔥及薑絲醃味,臘長.

洗米後加滾水下米.

小火把飯煮到見蝦眼.

(把田雞和東菇炒到大約三成熟).將田雞和臘長放入飯.

蓋蓋子煮到飯香便成.
註: 記得落水煮飯時要留意水份, 因田雞有汁, 所以米水可相應減少.

芒果雪糕

這個雪糕機是很久以前的了,兩個孩子小時候跟他們一起做.現在他們飛走了,我就做返老還童,自己同自己玩.我做了個懶人雪糕,真的很容易做.
材料:芒果4個起肉和糖1/4杯 (opional).打成泥,加1杯鮮奶, heavy cream1杯.

將icecream maker放在冰格過夜.

第二天把它拿出來,把它放進外層裏,把paddle放進內,然後把所有材料放入麵.

蓋蓋,把材料攪2分鐘,停10分鐘,再攪2分鐘,repeat .

(如果雪糕太實,用刀或spoon挑下雪糕)

攪好之後把它放進合子裏,再放入冰格2小時就可以吃.

尤魚絲炒雜菜
材料:韭菜, 韭王, 紅 黃甜椒,鮮尤魚切絲蒜頭.
把尤魚出水,一 .二秒就可以,熱鑊下油蒜頭,再把其它材料去鑊炒熟,加鹽,生油調味就可以上碟.

芒果 Smoothie
Smoothie是很容易做的,把芒果去皮,切塊,碎雪,練奶 (condensed milk)放在攪拌器裏打到結(thick).
在香港看他們做是用奶粉,糖,水,碎雪打成的.

把它切半去籽,放在竹離裏吹曬三到四天 (again我們這裏幹澡,有風和太陽,溫度在70F’s)
