材料: 四隻大蛋, 兩杯水, 鹽, 油, 由您決定

煮滾水

放鹽把蛋打好,然後放兩杯水, 繼續打蛋

放油在盆子裏

把蛋放在盆子裏蒸.

把蓋子蓋好,開中火,等水滾了.

然後轉小火,蒸30分鍾 (小火是這樣)

千島醬

材料: 蒜頭1粒輕輕拍扁, 番茄醬, 蛋黃醬, (多少由您決定) 醋一小勾, 先將醋和蛋黃醬蒜頭混合在一起, 然後加番茄醬, 蛋黃醬混合就好了.
