瓜瓜一周食譜: 7月

瓜瓜5月大就開始添加輔食,由Cereal—Vegetable—Fruit—Meat次序循序漸進,到現在七月大已經能夠固定飲食了,為方便管理,避免重複,做一個表格記錄下來。

Something You Can Choose:

Cereal: Rice, Oatmeal, Barley, Wheat

Fruit: Banana, Apple, Pear, Peach, Plum, Apricot

Meat: Fish, Chicken, Pork, Beef, Egg Yolk

Vegetable: Carrot, Sweet Potato, Squash, Pea, Green or Yellow Bean

輔食要點:

1.         注意次序:Cereal—Vegetable—Fruit—MeatVegetable一定在Fruit之前,避免嬰兒專挑甜的水果,不吃青菜。

2.         準備嬰兒食物時,不加任何油鹽糖。

3.         事物一定要煮熟,搗爛。

4.         嬰兒拒吃,不要強求,等他心情好了再試。活躍氣氛,多給鼓勵,嬰兒會學習的。
