近來， 和一些愛好攝影的同學談起現代和傳統，膠片和數碼， 藝術作品和通俗作品對攝影的影響。大家出發點不一樣， 看來想法也會有很大差別。
我想把這問題提出來，大家討論一下會很有意思。
我就先拋磚了。
我認為玩攝影無外乎有兩種目的， 一種是追求藝術的最高境界， 而另一種隻是拍一些糖水片供自己娛樂。
在這壇子裏有人以糖水片為樂， 而有人以陽春白雪為自豪， 兩種都沒有錯， 隻是目的不一樣， 全看你攝影為什麽了。但是， 在評圖的時候的就會有問題了， 為藝術的人注重重點突出， 視覺的衝擊；而糖水片則講究唯美， 一般來說， 曝光， 色彩要準確， 於美感為出發點。 雖然， 這兩樣好像不如我說的如此對立， 但是， 注重點是有所不同的。
如國內婚紗照， 往往強調過曝， 朦朧美； 國內的風光攝影， 好多得獎作品往往以視覺為中心， 把表達主題以外的元素低調處理， 經常看到作品中反映黑暗中的一點光。 或者， 以黑白為媒介來進行創作。
古典音樂經久不衰， 而近百年來又沒有許多優秀的作品流傳後世， 最起碼沒有什麽人能和巴赫，莫紮特等相提並論， 就因為， 古典音樂在那個時代已到了巔峰， 後人， 再難於望其項背。 所以， 今天的音樂家就開始新的題材的創作， 這才有了現代音樂， 使這個世界多元化了。
黑白攝影也是如此， 因為， 當時條件使然， 隻有黑白，而經過許多前人的努力，到亞當斯的時候， 也是到了巔峰的境界。 再者， 黑白的出片可以自己控製， 而亞當斯也是一個非常出色的PS工作者，所以，黑白的完善也是跟後期操作分不看的， 昨天的暗房的操作也就是今天的Photoshop。
所以， 今天來說，學習前輩的創作手法也無嚐不可， 但過分沉迷於此會束縛你的創造力。
糖水片是通俗的作品，易為大眾所接受， 是大眾所喜聞樂見， 倒是有很好的商業用途， 但往往得不了獎， 因為， 太通俗了， 屬於下裏巴人一類。
我是想說，不管是糖水片還是富有內涵的藝術作品， 均是攝影作品，隻是不同的出發點而已，不需要貶低一個抬高另一個。
壇子裏高手很多， 但新手更多， 我認為作為新手，首先， 要學會準確曝光，準確色彩還原， 構圖， 然後， 隻有，在掌握了這些基本功後，才能進一步提高。

Thanks for all the participation, the reason I am writing this is that I have seen too many people looking to create the artistic images, and often forget the foundamental issue of the picture, which is exposure, color, crop etc..
What is an art, art is an abstract thing, anything can be called " art" , that's why when you go to art museum, sometimes you see something just randomly put together, not really fit in your mind of beauty or anything else, but it's strange, and totally different, so to judge a picture, to determine whether it's an art, it's anybody's idea or fantasy.
What is an artist?
An artist is often someone who created something that most people don't appreciate, and the artist struggle all his/her life financially, but when he/she dies, sometimes, his/her work were suddenly discovered and become hot cakes.
With that, all the impefections, under exposure can be forgiven in the name of art.
That's why some of the pictures stand out to win some of the prizes are not the prettiest ones, but the ones a lot different than anything else, so the purposely cropped, the distortion, the under exposure are used to create some visual difference.
When I went to the National Art Musumn, and to see all the famous paintings, mostly actually with good lighting, color, and easy to understand, the obscure, the difficult to understand are just a small portion of them.
So, foundamental skills are the reason I am referring to here.
Again this is my personal opinion, so let's get yours out as well.
