I tried to type in Chinese, it took me a hour and then when you clicked, wenxuecity delete the whole thing. I will not type it again in chinese.
In 2000, I read a book that changed my life: RICH DAD, poor dad. This is a very simple book that will not become your investment guide. But it really change my thinking. Nothing will change until your change your mind.
What is crazy? it is doing the same thing expecting different results.
THere are two major points:
1 What is asset and what is liability? Being a CPA for these long, I thought I know the answer, but what I know is not what is taught in this book. A true asset is what can produce CASH FLOW to you every month. THe house you live in is not asset, it is a liability since you have to pay insurance, tax, house payment and keep up cost. Asset has appreciated and depreciated. The car you driving is depreciating every day. After I read this book, I never buy a new car again. I just need a car that will bring me from point A to point B.
2. The second point is WHAT is your monthly cash flow if you stop working today? I love working. And I am those people who will never retire. But If you have plenty of cash flow, you have freedom to choose what you want to do. Patrick said: GIVE ME liberty or give me death. I love freedom. That is why I will learn everything I need to do get to the point to have plenty of cash flow.
