Q1: EB1A -- Extradinary Alien Worker
EB1B--Outstanding Researchers/Professors -- Does it need employer petition?

Q2. I am not in a researchers/professors position, but have about 14 pubs. Can I apply for EB1A and EB1B at the same time?
